With its 70% Pinot Noir from such powerful sites and longer aging on the lees, this is a fuller. More powerful style, but still very fresh, elegant and refined.
There are no professional reviews, but here are a few from Vivino:
Excellent, dry and full-bodied champagne. Very complex, fruity, salty, caramel.
Strong note of brioche and yeast, crunchy perlage, green apple, nice.
Great Champagne amazing Yeast and floral notes.
I can’t imagine we will be seeing any more pure grand cru Champagnes of this quality at a price like this.
